charming stay!

i was greeted with champagne and sweets upon arrival! the building's blend of historic charm and modern comfort was apparent, and my room felt super clean and stylish. soft bed linens and a calming scent added to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel's hallways. the location in belém is great! it's near the river and iconic landmarks, while still offering a calm, luxurious experience.
I noticed the coffee from the jugs at the breakfast buffet wasn't great, i suggest ordering it specially. nobody asked me how my stay was during checkout.

the room had comfortable bedding and a fantastic shower. the hotel provides modern and large rooms. tram access to downtown is directly outside the hotel too.

The architecture showed true artistry and care. I found a pool on the terrace and another pool in the basement, providing options for relaxation. The room, a club double or twin room, felt MUCH larger than the photos suggested. A good surprise!!!
The train line caused slight noise disturbance early in the morning.

underwhelming stay
poor soundproofingunannounced festival
the techno music festival right outside my window was a real treat, i must say. no one bothered to warn me about it, so that was thoughtful. the soundproofing is clearly just for show anyway. when i asked if i could move, they told me they were full. apparently, five stars means you get a complimentary concert whether you like it or not.
